Leave and Live

To travel is to love; To be curious is to live; To learn is to breathe; To dream is to be alive.

That pain I can’t explain
That lingering sensation in my brain
Making me doubt my sanity
Is this feeling really part of my reality?

This pain’s unpredictability
Affects not only my mobility
But also tests my strength to fight it
And my courage trying to hide it

Sometimes though the pain’s just too real to ignore
Fighting it just makes me hurt more
As much as I don’t want to give in
I just tell myself, giving up the fight is not a sin

Accepting my new reality
Is really not that easy
Sleepless nights wondering about tomorrow
Often leads to nights full of sorrow

I push myself to be more positive
Focus my attention on what I can give
But sometimes I question my positivity
Is it genuine or am I just fulfilling other people’s reality?

Lost is a word I often use to describe how I feel
Now I’m finding ways for this feeling to not be real
I’m letting my frustration and anger go
And it’s helping me see a slightly better tomorrow

My life now may be different from before
But bit by bit I’m learning more
Do understand moving on is not that easy
Especially when accepting a new reality

I’m still in the process of letting go
And I’m taking things really slow
I’m not doing these actions on a whim
I’m happy I’m having this slow yet steady journey with family, friends, and Him

Wall of clouds…

Grüner See (Green Lake) is a lake in Styria, AustriaIn the winter you’ll find crisp, tranquil grasslands and lake that is only about 3 to 6 feet deep.  However, during the spring, when the temperature rises and the snow melts, the basin of land below the mountains fills with water. The lake reaches its maximum depth of around 40 feet from mid-May to June and is claimed to look the most beautiful at this time.
